The logo is a visual expression of the company’s mission; developed using the Chinese symbol for rice (MI).
All the services of Maximum Impact are designed to create STAR performers in organizations based on the model presented in Training Services. In other words, Emotional Intelligence, Leadership Character, Working Smarter, Team Savvy and Organizational Savvy are concepts that are woven into each service we provide to ensure STAR performance is inspired in the individuals we work with.
Developing STAR performers can be compared to rice production. When growing rice, seed produces the crop. Similarly, individual talent (seed) is used to cultivate STAR performers.
Also, like growing rice, creating STAR performers requires patience and diligence as well as many systematic processes (education & training/(recruiting, retaining & developing).
